Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have graduation from a four year college or university with a bachelorâ€™s degree in public administration, psychology, or a related field. Graduation from an accredited law school, Juris Doctorate degree and member in good standing of The Florida Bar required. Professional experience with juvenile dependency/delinquency/family law and/or domestic violence issues, in or out of the court system, or with a comparable agency, or other court system experience highly preferred; and experience that provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Knowledge or the ability to gain knowledge of justice system operations and community outreach efforts related to UFC process. Knowledge of MS Word, Windows, and Excel. Computer literate/word processing and issues regarding juvenile dependency, delinquency, family law, and domestic violence. Ability to work effectively on an interagency basis with professionals from multiple discipline and establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, the judiciary, court administrative staff, and other public and private organizations.Must be extremely detail oriented and possess exceptional organizational skills. Ability to make work decisions in accordance with laws, regulations, and departmental policies and procedures.
