Lead Counsel, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement The candidate will counsel and advise on a broad range of arrangements and agreements across hardware component and software strategic sourcing and procurement, including mechanical, power and product packaging. Will manage legal issues and mitigation related to these areas. Provide strategic business and legal advice to develop a comprehensive, long-term approach to our relationships with key partners. Manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure. Actively collaborate with clients, other teams within Legal, and cross-functional teams across the company to coordinate on the above matters. Should have JD degree and membership in at least one state Bar. Should have 5+ years of legal experience. Experience adapting to changing priorities and organizational needs is essential. In-house experience with hardware technology companies are needed. Experience with component sourcing arrangements are needed.
