Litigation and FERC Paralegal The candidate will provide Paralegal support to attorneys specializing in litigation, energy, antitrust, and government contracts matters. Will take ownership of cases from start to finish, coordinate logistics and manage vendor relationships. Conduct research, manage projects, coordinate document productions and prepare court filings. Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, trials and arbitrations. Draft, proofread, cite-check and Bluebook legal documents. Utilize technology to manage case-related documents and to run reports. Monitor regulatory agencies for industry-specific updates and information. Maintain FERC files and prepare attorneys for legal proceedings. Assist in preparing various types of FERC filings. Should have 2+ years of previous Litigation Paralegal experience are required, as well as a four-year degree. A paralegal certificate is helpful. Skilled in using MS Office, Lexis, Westlaw, PACER, and Relativity.
