Airport Finance Senior Advisory Professional The candidate will play a leading role in the development and management of client relationships in the business and finance practice. Services provided by the practice (among others) include financial modeling; capital planning and funding (including AIP grant, BCAs, and PFC applications), bond feasibility services; airport rates and charges, use and lease agreement negotiations; public-private-partnerships (P3s) and asset valuation; economic analysis and forecasting; organization and management studies; and business advisory and management strategy services. Develop and expand client relationships by delivering excellent value, consistent and dependable service, and high quality consulting. Monitor and manage business development opportunities, structure and draft proposals, including written materials, pricing and presentations. Provide deep technical leadership on complex projects. Support initiatives (e.g., succession planning, industry focus pieces / publications).

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: An excellent academic record with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in in one or more of the following fields: accounting; aviation; banking; business; economics; finance; engineering; mathematics, actuarial, operations research, or statistics; public policy; urban planning/studies, real estate development or a related field is required (MBA, CFA, CPA, JD Degree etc. desired). 10+ years of experience in the field of airport. airline, public, or transportation finance, preferably in consulting / client-facing positions or airport management, and with a demonstrated history of progressive growth. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to read, interpret, and draft complex legal or regulatory documents; able to present results of complex analyses in an understandable format. Strong Excel modeling skills with the ability to direct consultants on the development of financial models to provide sound analytical advice; demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is also required. Superb analytical, qualitative and strategic thinking and decision making capabilities. Collaborative and team-oriented as well as highly resourceful and self-directed.
