Executive Admin - IP and PTLG Legal Teams The candidate will create, edit and proofread business communications and documents on behalf of the supported groups utilizing MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Will coordinate and prepare for meetings, conference calls and special events including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications and catering. Arrange domestic and international travel. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management, directors, department members and internal clients. Assist in the administration and coordination of contract, corporate and regulatory compliance processes. Assist with the legal department’s budget management and maintain oversight responsibility for department budgets including compiling necessary data for projects, monitoring expenditures. Assist in managing client queries to the Products and Technology Legal group. With direction from a supervising attorney or paralegal, review software development, license, confidentiality, and other agreements. Assist in building and improving contract review and approval workflows. Coordinate collection of signatures on documents. Scan and upload documents to network. Prepare expense reports. Assist in special projects on an as-needed basis. Experience as paralegal is a plus. Interest in developing paralegal skills is a plus. Should have 3 - 5 years relevant experience required. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is needed. Strong verbal and written communication skill is essential. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills reflecting independence, resourcefulness, diplomacy and the ability to establish priorities are needed.
