ProfileFall Law Intern The intern will work in the Immigrant & Workers Rights practice group. Law students learn real case management and practice skills and receive excellent supervision. Will perform a variety of duties, depending on their experience level and the needs of a particular practice group. These duties include client interviews and case investigation; drafting of pleadings and judgments; memoranda and brief writing; direct representation at administrative hearings; court representation under Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711; and legal research. Should be able to make a commitment of 10+ weeks, 10+ hours per week.
