Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will join medical malpractice firm. Will be maintaining client files and communicating with clients, witnesses, and third parties, calendaring deadlines, filing cases and motions in both state and federal courts, preparing and reviewing discovery requests and responses, coordinating depositions, facilitating trial preparation, and performing administrative support tasks as necessary, including answering phone calls.Preferably have previous legal experience. Requires attention to detail and must possess excellent organization skills. Will be able to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Must adhere to deadlines and be able to manage a busy workload.
