The candidate will draft, review and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents. Will represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. Communicate with expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, witnesses, and medical providers. Should have California State Bar License. Experience overseeing general liability/personal injury matters as required.
