ProfileLitigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare Summons and Complaint for attorney review, filing court documents, e-filing, coordinating with process servers for service, and mailing of correspondence and courtesy copies. Work with clients to complete interrogatories, sending requests for admissions, and information responsive to discovery requests. Organize documents for production, request narratives, perform e-discovery. Setting depositions of clients, defendants and expert witnesses. Prepare arbitration notebooks and mediation briefs for attorney review. Work closely with attorneys preparing for trial by organizing exhibits, coordinating with expert witnesses, and assembling the trial notebook, and all other supporting documents. Docket/maintain an accurate calendar of the case schedule for assigned attorney's hearing dates and monitoring filing deadlines. Draft correspondence to clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel. Utilize the law firm's case management system to document the case status and monitor the client matter and case schedule. Must have 3+ years of experience with Plaintiff Personal Injury cases as a litigation paralegal; In-depth knowledge of Washington court rules and procedures a plus; familiarity with local court e-filing systems; Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail.
