Counsel - Enforcement, Litigation, Police, Investigations and Corporate Affairs The candidate will represent the Bank in all litigation brought by and against the Bank, including conducting discovery, preparing court papers and appearing in court on behalf of the Bank, as well as representing the Bank in connection with congressional inquiries and reviews by other oversight bodies. Will investigate, prepare, and handle enforcement actions for supervised institutions in collaboration with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have a J.D. degree. Should have admittance to practice law. Must have 4+ years of litigation experience in a law firm, in-house, or government setting. A strong academic background is required. Experience interviewing witnesses and/or taking depositions is needed. Knowledge of eDiscovery / ESI is essential.
