Litigation Paralegal Duties: Assist attorney in all aspects of preparation for personal injury litigation from case inception through closing. Responsible for the coordination of all correspondence, research, scheduling, and client communications necessary for each case. Coordinate file closings for all litigation cases. Draft routine or complex legal documents for review and use by attorneys. Conduct legal research and investigations as needed. Schedule hearings and depositions. Prepare documents and responses to discovery requests. Organize and maintain personal injury files. Obtain medical records as needed. Conduct investigations and interviews with clients. Prepare assistance in preparation for trial, depositions, or mediation.

Qualification and Experience

Candidate must have: 1 year of College or a Technical or Vocational SchoolOne. 1 year of related experience. Typing of 40 wpm. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Preferred Skills: E-filing and ProLaw experience.
