Paralegal Duties: Client intakes, schedule appointments, manage office calendars, organize and maintain client documents for the attorneys and fellow paralegals, as well as other various front desk tasks.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: A BA or BS degree with a paralegal certificate or An AA or AS degree with paralegal studies from an accredited college or university. Must type at 55 wpm. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Must be able to handle diverse assignments while prioritizing deadlines. Preferred: Familiar with financial statements and information. Familiar with estate planning legal terms. Previous experience in an office.
