Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: State Licensure as required; Paralegal Certificate/Degree or comparable work experience. Must have 2-3 yearsâ€™ experience. Experience in residential, commercial and municipal real estate transactions. Excellent communication, organization and grammar skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. Knowledge of REBA Title Standards. Knowledge of REBA Title Standards. Should be highly motivated, conscientious, detail oriented and one that needs little supervision. Should be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and effectively manage a large case load.
