Labor and Employment Associate The candidate must have 5-6 years of employment litigation experience. Listen to and act upon peoples' complaints. Many people often got frustrated that two different people who put in vastly different amounts of effort often received the same outcomes. This just causes more turnover and instability.

Pros : They valued work-life balance and offered pleasant minor benefits around the office - major benefits like health insurance, etc. were also somewhat above average.
Cons : Management seemed out of touch - people often got away with not pulling their weight. It seemed your complaints were often ignored, or that you were not treated as an individual. Pay was not great, and, as a result, loafing or frustration were fairly common, and turnover could be high.
