Job Title: Professional Support Lawyer - Antitrust

Experience:
- Minimum of four (4) years of legal experience
- Experience in antitrust law preferred
- Exposure to both litigation and transactional support

Position Summary:
- Monitor legal and business developments to keep Antitrust Practice and clients updated
- Provide legal and practical expertise to support the practice
- Create, develop, and manage collection of precedents and research materials
- Organize and deliver training for the practice
- Identify opportunities for business development and provide support as needed
- Lead initiatives related to merger control and the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act

Duties and Accountabilities:
- Monitor and inform group about significant legal developments and identify trends
- Support group in delivering timely thought leadership and lead profile-raising projects
- Provide external know-how and training in antitrust
- Be a source of legal, market, and practical expertise for the group and the firm
- Develop and update practice notes and guidance, create and maintain standard form documents, and identify training needs
- Collaborate with marketing and business development team to capture matter descriptions and produce content for pitches
- Champion implementation of new knowledge systems and technology
- Contribute to global knowledge programs and projects
- Attend meetings and training to stay updated with legal developments

Qualifications:
- Minimum of four (4) years' legal experience
- Commercial awareness and client-oriented approach
- High professional standards and commitment to quality
- Excellent drafting and research skills
- Well-developed organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of learning process and different ways of training
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels
- Pragmatic, self-motivated, flexible, and good team worker
- Lateral thinker with initiative to establish, implement, and complete projects
- Comfortable with IT and willingness to leverage AI into workflows

Location and Reporting:
- Hybrid role based in Washington .
- Reports to Chief Innovation Officer
