Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks intellectual property attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will serve in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Will serve in the preparation of claim charts to products and industry standards, demonstrating infringement and validity. Conduct IP-related due diligence. Manage a large docket of domestic and foreign patent prosecution. Develop portfolio strategies and effectively communicate with clients. Must have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or similar electrical/electronic related discipline. Experience with chip processing, microprocessors, and video processing, VGPUs essential. Admission to practice before the US Patent Office is needed. Strong technical experience in telecommunications and related industry standards-essential. Strong legal background needed.
