Mid-Level IP Associate
Candidate must have 3-6 years of experience, which must include significant patent application drafting and patent prosecution, and a track record of handling a full prep/pros docket. An Electrical Engineering degree with experience in mechanical technologies is preferred, and a Mechanical Engineering degree with experience in complex electrical technologies will be considered. must be admitted to practice before the USPTO, and the Associate must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible. Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities.
