Legal Assistant (Dallas) The candidate will be responsible to provide administrative support to attorneys such as answering phones, time entry, processing reimbursement expenses, calendaring, filing, updating contact lists, and document production. Serve as key point of contact for clients and business colleagues. Assist with management of client relationships and business development initiatives. Perform various other duties as assigned by attorney and assist legal secretaries.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of experience in a professional administrative role in a large or medium sized organization. Law firm experience preferred. Should be extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize their workload and work well under pressure. Should have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to multi-task and maintain strict confidentiality. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
