Paralegal The candidate will draft legal documents, including contracts and legal agreements. Will perform legal and factual research. Regulatory risk analysis. Identify relevant judicial decisions, statutes, legal articles, codes and other pertinent material. Organize, cross-check, analyze, and validate information. Prepare correspondence and check legal forms and documents for accuracy. Verify federal and state administrative law compliance, including international product regulatory, and customs agencies. Review and monitor new and updated regulations. Interact with in-country counsel and paralegals. Must have JD degree, Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree or certificate program in paralegal studies, or other significant work experience. Should have 3+ years of experience or law school training. Thorough knowledge of contractual principles, legal terminology, and legal research including Westlaw is needed. Relevant computer knowledge and experience is essential. Proficient research, analytical, critical thinking, and writing skill is needed. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is needed. Ability to speak, read, and write Chinese on a native level is strongly preferred.
