Find a way to help the older staff that has been at the firm longer to be more open to ideas and opinions. I think that at some point, they stopped learning and it would benefit everyone at the firm if communication was better with ideas.Pros : Having a laid back and very relaxed atmosphere really helps the firm. There isn't much stress (if any at all) and the staff enjoy coming into work. The workload is always manageable and there are often more interesting cases to work with.
