E-Discovery IPRO Analyst Responsibilities: Will be responsible for the preparation and organization of electronic client data. Configuration and setup of eDiscovery Processing software (ex: IPRO, Venio, LAW, Nuix, Equivio, etc.). Data processing following documented specification on a case-by-case basis. Load File Creation for Relativity and other industry review tools (e.g. Summation and Concordance). Processing of client data to include:Metadata and Text Extraction, deduplication, deNISTing, and application of search terms. TIFF/PDF Conversion. Exception Handling. Quality Control. Submit weekly time according to preset deadlines. Attend bi-weekly and quarterly company meetings. Submit end of day status reports. Assist other areas of the organization as business needs require.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements : Must have a BA / BS degree in Math, Computer Science or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience working with data processing and analysis (ideally as a litigation support specialist, data production specialist, litigation paralegal, or legal assistant). Working Knowledge/understanding of SQL querying, LAW, IPRO, Relativity, Concordance, and Summation preferred. Ability to communicate in written and verbal forms effectively. Ability to meet deadline. Ability to work more than 40 hours a week as business needs dictate. Willingness and ability to assist other areas of the organization as needed.
