REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree & Paralegal Certification or Equivalent qualification. 3+ years of Corporate Paralegal work. Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills. Project management and strong written and verbal communication skills. Process oriented with a positive outlook, a strong work ethic and an even-keeled demeanor. Comfortable in a global, humanitarian, Christian organization. High level of proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. Proficiency with Lexis/Nexis, Westlaw, or similar research platforms. Licensed notary or willingness to obtain notary shortly after hire. Proficiency with internal learning databases and SharePoint preferred. Spanish or other language beneficial. Grant Management experience beneficial. Litigation support experience beneficial. International experience beneficial.
