Verifying client's insurance coverage. Requesting client records from health care providers. Heavy client contact regarding treatment, scheduling, wage loss, etc. Assist with communication between client and adjusters regarding property damage coverage. Scan demands and mail. Demand preparation. Heavy filing.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Associate's Degree with 3 years' experience. Must demonstrate the following skills: Strong organizational skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Must be understanding and patient. High degree of drive to move tasks to completion. Attention to detail. Professional work ethic. Spanish language skills are a must.
