The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years experience in employment-based immigration matters, including experience with nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, E, O-1 and others) and permanent resident processes (including PERM, I-140 and Adjustment of Status). Responsibilities include: Assisting attorneys in document review and all aspects of case preparation. Drafting petition forms and support letters. Under attorney supervision, corresponding with clients and government officials. Managing document collection, deadlines, and case tracking . Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office a must. Experience with an immigration tracking system is a desired, LawLogix preferred.
