Temporary Litigation Support II The candidate provides litigation support services in broad general areas within firm's customer. Complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement and Non-Compete Agreements for firm and its customer. Review of scanned images of documents, utilizing document review software applications, for privileged, confidential, or otherwise protected information, including information protected under attorney-client privilege, attorney work product privilege, deliberative process privilege, the Trade Secrets Act (TSA), the Privacy Act, and any other federal statute, law, or court order that requires or authorizes federal agencies to protect such information from disclosure. Review of hard copies of documents for privileged, confidential, or otherwise protected information, including information protected under attorney-client privilege, attorney work product privilege, and deliberative process privilege. Communicate both orally and in writing to convey, obtain, exchange information and documents with the relevant bureaus and offices and SOL supervising attorney. Must have Bachelor’s degree, or paralegal certification or its equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Extensive knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particulate field is required. Knowledge of the title standards, title opinions, title evidence, and the ability to review title evidence and make determinations and to create a title opinion recommendations is needed. Knowledge of legal research techniques and the ability to apply this knowledge to the analysis of legal problems, preparation of legal documents, and the initiation of recommendations concerning various legal issues is must.
