Construction Defense Attorney.
We want motivated candidates with 8+ years of experience to handle complex construction defect litigation with knowledge of contractor and subcontractor-related issues. Other cases may involve job site injuries, product liability, and personal injury. You will have the opportunity to manage the entire legal process from pre-suit claim investigation to trial. Counsel must be comfortable interacting with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel; serving and responding to discovery, taking depositions, writing motions, timely reporting, and generally managing a case from start to finish. If you have exceptional communication skills, are confident working independently, and have a strong work ethic to achieve excellent results, please contact us. 2nd chair trial experience is preferred but not required.
