Corporate Assistant The candidate works under immediate supervision of the Corporate Paralegals; carries out legal support assignments of a routine nature. Responsibilities include: organizing and uploading documents into shared database, coordinating due diligence requests on a transaction, assisting with the preparation of incorporation documents, financings and closing volumes; assisting with shareholder mailing and with filing federal and state securities forms. Should preferably have exemplary communication with personnel on all levels, excellent organization skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment. Strong Excel skills a plus. A bachelorâ€™s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from ABA-accredited program are required.
