Paralegal The candidate will support the Corporate Law department with formations of corporations and limited liability companies and international structures and filings. Should have 3+ years of experience within a Law Firm or Corporate Legal Department. Should preferably have strong organizational skills, excellent analytical skills, a willingness to learn and a dedication to work under own initiative. Must have a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
