About You:

You’re a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience, ideally in trust and estate law. You take pride in your ability to manage cases from start to finish while working collaboratively with a team.

You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and enjoy building strong client relationships. With your growth mindset and proactive approach, you’re eager to contribute to the firm’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive factual investigations and legal research.
  • Draft and respond to written discovery.
  • Prepare for and conduct depositions.
  • Draft persuasive memoranda, pleadings, and briefs.
  • Present compelling oral arguments.
  • Assist with negotiations, mediations, trial preparation, trials, and appeals.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with shareholders, senior associates, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless case management.
  • Manage client expectations and help them develop and pursue their best interests.
  • Actively participate in professional networking to strengthen the firm’s visibility in the community.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Juris Doctorate Degree.
  • Licensing: In good standing with the State Bar of California.
  • Experience:
  • 3–5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for trust and estate law.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships with clarity and compassion.
