"Fun work atmosphere"

Current Employee - Reviewed on December 14, 2017

Continue to promote from within, employees appreciate the opportunity. I like the dress down Fridays. I would like it if there were summer hours for employees who choose to come in early to leave early in the summer time.

Pros : Everyone here is so nice to work with. They believe in promoting from within. You receive a lot of training and the supervisors are always around if you have questions. I am only here 5 months and I feel like an important part of a team.
Cons : There really isn't any "worst of the firm" thing I have to say. When working here it is what you make it. If you put the work in you will be compensated. There is a lot of work to be done so if you are not afraid to work hard, you will be fine.
