Tulsa office of our client seeks associate attorney preferably with 3-5 years of litigation experience. The candidate will provide legal analysis and arrive at practical solutions for clients. Will conduct effective legal research and draft pertinent legal documents. Work effectively with case-related personnel including expert and lay witnesses, judges, opposing counsel and other professionals in the judicial system. Maintain all case files and materials. Work in a technology-driven productivity environment, including using computers, phones, office productivity software, Internet-based legal databases, and legal practice management systems.
