Litigation Paralegal Candidate will work directly with an assigned Litigation Attorney and assist the Litigation Attorney in their day to day options. May include: Draft motions, affidavits, memos and other legal documents; Case Research; E-Filing with Court; Track motions status and responses from opposing Counsel and Courts; Process incoming legal documents; Review and analyze the sufficiency of documentation as it relates to state law or federal tax law requirements with regards to Foreclosure Matters, Estate / Probate and Quiet Title Actions; Obtain fee approval and complete billing for Attorney; Assist with calendaring and preparation for any Attorney court appearances; Client interaction regarding status and updating cases notes.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proofreading and researching skills, and a willingness to work meticulously to ensure the quality of work. Requires 1+ year of work experience as a paralegal. Previous experience in mortgage banking is a plus.
