Litigation Legal Assistant (Paralegal) The candidate will be managing the day-to-day critical tasks on cases, supporting clients, preparing for mediations and/or trials, and working alongside the Attorney to seek the best results for the deserving clients. Responsibilities will include regular client communication; organization and analysis of medical records, accident reports, and other relevant documents; utilization of the case management program; and collaboration with internal departments.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law as a Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Superior customer service skills, professionalism, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position. Knowledge of legal terminology and principles as well as good computer skills are required for this role. Experience with a case management program is a requirement. Must be very organized, reliable, and able to prioritize and work to meet deadlines.
