The candidate will have a desire to work as part of a team of attorneys and paralegals in estate planning, tax planning, and probate and trust administration matters. Must preferably have experience in drafting, preparing, and reviewing estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and trust income tax returns. An . in Taxation is strongly preferred, but the lack of an . can be substituted with the right depth of experience. California Bar admission is required. Strong technical skills in estate and trust planning essential.
