Seeking a Trust & Estate Planning Associate with 3-6 years of experience to the Estates & Trusts Practice Group. Candidate must have substantial experience in the following: drafting complex estate plan and business succession planning documents for high net worth individuals; drafting complex charitable giving documents; counseling clients on income, gift, estate and generation-skipping tax planning; assisting with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates; processing Federal gift and estate tax returns; and tax exempt organization planning. An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business or Finance, or a graduate degree in Tax is preferred. Must hold a JD Degree from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the state in which the candidate is admitted to practice. Admission to the Wisconsin Bar will be a condition of hire. Must have demonstrated an ability to compete and prosper in highly-competitive and complex environments. Top academics and experience required.

There is a need for training of management staff to be more organized with the work and implement a much more organized working structure. More employees should be hired so that some of the staff does not have to stay in later to work.

Pros : The law firm offers a shuttle service. The environment of the law firm is composed of considerate and employees who do well at the work they perform.
Cons : The law firm really needs to consider hiring more employees for the office. Some of the staff is sometimes asked to work until the later hours. Management lacks in being organized with work.
