ProfileE-Discovery / Document Review Project Manager The candidate become an integral member of an electronic discovery/document review services team. Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between management team, QC team and first-level reviewers, ensuring that the requirements of the project are met. Prepare documentation needed for project support, including project specifications, review manuals and reports. Monitor daily activity, provide status reports, and conduct daily briefings with first-level reviewers to resolve unforeseen issues and ensure projects stay on track. Communicate regularly with QC and management teams to track project progress and ensure timeline compliance, while also ensuring quality standards. Perform final quality checks before the deliverable is sent to the client. J.D. preferred; BS/BA or equivalent degree required. Should have 2 years’ experience in managing large document review teams. Must have experience in managing quality control process for document review projects. Working knowledge of litigation technology, including key applications, databases and programs such as Relativity, ClarVergence, Concordance, Summation, Catalyst and Clearwell is required. Strong analytical skills required to evaluate quality of production sets through complex queries, metrics, and other tools. Should have excellent project management skills, including experience in developing management reports, processes and systems that produce predictable results on time and on budget for large complex projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required for providing guidance and feedback to review and QC teams.

I would like to see management implement small groups that will take care of worker reviews on a more regular basis so that employees know where they stand in the firm.Pros : I found the pay to be excellent. I also thought that there was great flexibility in terms of allowing how each individual deals with their client. Everyone was very friendly as well.
