Corporate Paralegal The candidate must have 2+ years of experience with incorporations; preparing filings; drafting documents; creation and maintenance of client records; and general corporate work. Required skills include outstanding attention to detail; the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, including clients and outside agencies; and the ability to efficiently work within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Must have proficiency in MS Office. Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred.
