Valiant Search is working with a Top Ranked Law Firm that seeks a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 5-8 years of employment litigation experience. The ideal candidate should have strong litigation skills, court appearances, and experience defending depositions. 

• This position will handle federal sector EEO and MSPB matters, discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation matters.
• Handles all aspects of litigation, including discovery and investigating claims.
• Works directly with clients and other attorneys within the firm.
• Must have outstanding verbal and written communication and research skills.
