ProfileSacramento office of our client seeks labor and employment attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate should have experience investigations, contract grievances and matters of discrimination, retaliation, and misconduct, layoffs, discipline, and dismissals. Admission to the California Bar is preferred. Labor and/or employment practice experience is preferred especially with investigations. Public education or other public agency experience is a plus. Administrative hearing experience is helpful.
