Paralegal / Office Manager The candidate will be answering phones and taking accurate messages. Will be managing calendars. Preparing motions and correspondence. Filing pleadings via e-filing (state and federal). Meeting with clients and witnesses. Collecting payments, writing receipts and making deposits. Scheduling appointments. Opening and maintaining files on all clients. Current Texas Notary or ability to become one (fees paid by office) is needed. Should have 2+ years of pqe. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel is essential. Paralegal experience is needed. Note: This is 6 months contract position.
