The candidate will responsible for performing adminstrative duties on a daily basis, entering incoming communication (e-mail, fax, etc.), preparing a variety of letters, recording and verifying phone pays, and assisting Collection Managers as needed. Will have prior administrative support experience. Capable of performing administrative duties. Ability to use office machines. Collection or call center experience a plus. Must be computer literate, Microsoft Word and Excel.
