Contract Adminstrator The candidate manages the sales contract process of fulfilling a customer order to ensure that company and customer requirements are met. Examines contract specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy. Establishes and maintains communication with the appropriate individuals throughout the process. Assists and takes the lead for the Deal Desk meetings when the primary person in that role is unavailable. Primary resource for Sales and Client Success teams providing guidance. Assists with New Master Service Agreements, Statement of Work, Addendums, Amendments, license transfers, zero-dollar sales, T&M, etc. Responds to questions regarding company products and/or services about deal configuration. Understands the underlying intent of the questions, and performs necessary research and analysis to provide accurate responses and recommendations. Customer audits including, membership reports and user counts. Liaisons between the Sales department, Client Success, Implementation, Support, Legal, Finance and Product Management teams to gather information needed for the completion of contracts tasks and ensure that company interests are protected. Provides presales assistance for sales reps and Client Success Managers, which may include conversations with customers to determine the proper licensing models, contracts, and ensure assets are correctly added or terminated at the correct time. Be available as needed for EOM, EOQ, and EOY sales bookings and approvals. Maintains client and partner contracts repository across the enterprise. Reviews and documents contractual obligations associated with RFI/RFP processes. Accountable for efficient and effective analysis of and delivery of all contract documents. Responsible for managing library of all contract artifacts. Responsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales organization. Accountable for documenting all contract SLAs and communicating opportunities for risk mitigation. Accurate and on time reporting on all key contract components, including renewal dates, conditions, fees, etc. Achievement of strategic and tactical objectives defined by company management from time to time. Reports to the Vice President Client Success. Aligns operational activities with key company functions, including Finance, Legal and Technology. Should have excellent communication, presentation and organization skills. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience is required. Paralegal Preferred. PC proficiency, with experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Project is required. Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives is needed. Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Should be proficient with Salesforce. Demonstrated excellence working in a team environment is required. Familiarity with Software and Services Contracts is needed. Familiarity with health care related privacy laws, i.e., HIPAA is required.
