Profile

Pre-suit Legal Assistant Responsibilities: Accompany attorneys in client meetings. Process client cases from intake through closing. Establish and maintain good rapport with clients, doctors’ offices, insurance companies, etc. Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, meet deadlines, etc. Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, summarizing medical records, etc.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: Must have 2+ years personal injury experience. Must be a logical thinker and able to work on your own. Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent talent for interacting with people in a positive and courteous manner. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, multitask, and work under pressure. Must be a self-motivated team player who is dependable, punctual, and accurate. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Outlook, Word and other Microsoft Office programs. Ability to learn new, complex computer programs. Basic knowledge of TrialWorks a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
