We are seeking a patent agent with at least one year of prosecution experience to join our growing Patent Prosecution practice. The ideal candidate will have a degree in physics, computer science, electrical engineering and/or similar degrees, as well as strong academic credentials and excellent references. Advanced degree and/or prior industry experience in these technologies is preferred. Candidates are required to be admitted to the USPTO. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits. Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $180,000 annually. The exact compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.
