The executive director should have a Master’s, Ph.D, or J.D. degree and be licensed in Arkansas as a mental health clinician with 5 years of clinical experience working with adults. Must be knowledgeable in the areas of substance abuse/addiction, psychiatric disorders, trauma, and cognitive impairment. Must have sufficient administrative expertise to manage competently a human services state/non-profit program.
