Contracts Manager The candidate will compile appropriate information to prepare complete contracts including terms and pricing. Will generate all contracts and check for completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage administration of contracts to clients and physicians. Coordinate modification and negotiations between internal and external resources. Maintain database used for the tracking/status of contracts for reporting to all business units. Management and development of contracts staff. Oversee contract database, systems and operating procedures. Reporting on key metrics. Must have 3-5 years of working in a professional environment. Should have BA/BS degree. Paralegal or contract administration experience is a plus. Supervisory or management experience is required. Excellent verbal and written skills is needed. MS Office skills is must.
