BQB, Law is looking for a 5 year Associate for our San Diego Office

Job Duties:

• Provide legal representation to clients before courts, arbitration panels and administrative bodies.
• Take depositions, law and motion work, trial preparation and trial representation, as well as advising clients and claims professionals in all manner of litigation matters.
• Research and analysis of legal issues for a variety of clients, in various areas of law.
• Manage cases from inception through trial, by planning and initiating effective investigations, discovery and constant analysis of client’s exposure to evaluate settlement, arbitration, and trial options.

Requirements:

· JD from an ABA-accredited law school

· Must be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar

· 4+ years of litigation experience

· Must have an enthusiastic attitude and be a team player

· Must have strong analytical and communications skills, and ability to communicate with clients, courts and juries.

· Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
