Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or completion of a paralegal program. Experience as a paralegal in the corporate area and/or similar work experience. Deep understanding and knowledge of the corporate procedures including, corporate maintenance, minute books and stock records, document analysis, legal concepts and strategies, factual and legal research, and preparation of drafts of original closing documents and materials and responses to comments from state agencies relating to filings. Ability to recognize and respond to problem areas with corporate maintenance and minute books. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work overtime and have flexibility in hours to support offices in different time zones. Proven analytical ability on complex issues and ability to proactively resolve issues or present solutions. Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of ethical boundaries of position and when to consult with attorney.
