The candidate will provide support to General Counsel, CFO, and legal team. Document management and processing, record keeping, and document retention, organize and maintain documents in an electronic filing system. Maintaining entity files, docketing and calendaring. Documenting processes in a timely manner, as well as maintaining hard copy files and electronic records. Experience managing corporate entities, board minus, and shareholder communications a plus. Experience with equity administration including management of cap table and exercise of stock options a plus. Drafting certificates, resolutions, and other authority documents in connection with transactions from templates. Performing other administrative tasks. Should have 2-10 years of experience as a real estate paralegal. Experience in complex real estate paralegal work will be considered as a plus. Should have top-tier skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, experience with G-Suite. Exceptional organizational skills are required..
