Paralegal The candidate will draft Estate Plan documents. Will assist attorney with Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions. Correspond with clients via email and phone. Draft documents associated with establishing new corporations and limited liability companies. Track and coordinate the sale or purchase of closely held businesses. Scan documents to e-file. Create and manage client folders. Paralegal designation or 2+ years of commensurate experience is needed. Strong computer skills are needed. Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. A working knowledge of the TABS billing system would be beneficial.
